    Description

King Creole Insert. Considered by many to be Elvis' finest film, it certainly had the best pedigree when it came to directors (Michael Curtiz, of Casablanca fame). It was also the King's last black-and-white movie, and in order to complete it, he needed an extension from the U.S. Army. Elvis plays Danny Fisher, an aspiring singer who runs afoul of a local crime boss. Future Addams Family star Carolyn Jones co-stars as the love interest. This terrific insert features a rollicking image of Elvis against an eye-popping bright orange background. There is some wear at the edges and a tiny tear in the right border as well as a few creases in the image and one in the bottom corner. Make no mistake, this is hands down one of the rarest poster formats for this title, making it a must-have for any serious collector of Elvis memorabilia.
