DescriptionCaptain America and & Lot (G. Mansour, 1944, R-1953). Folded, Fine/Very Fine. Indian One Sheet (27.5" X 39.5"), One Sheets (3) (27" X 41") & Lobby Cards (5) (11" X 14"). Included in this beautiful serial lot is an early Indian poster for the first screen incarnation of the comic book hero, Captain America. Carrying on in the vein of their super-serial hit The Adventures of Captain Marvel, Republic spent the money to try and make this a hit. Also included in this lot is the stock one sheet, Return of Captain America, which was the reissue of the serial in 1953 and a chapter lobby card from the same release. Also included are two copies of the reissue of the famous Captain Marvel serial, Return of Captain Marvel from 1953, and four lobby cards from that release. All of the posters are in nice condition, as well as the cards.
