Vintage original 41.5" x 78.5" linen-backed and rolled three sheet announcing the feature film adaptation of the beloved television series, released at the height of "Batmania" in 1966. Portrays in striking, vibrant colors the Dynamic Duo of Batman (Adam West) and Robin (Burt Ward) in a dual action stance, with Rogues Gallery supervillains including Joker (Cesar Romero), Riddler (Frank Gorshin), Catwoman (Lee Meriwether), and Penguin (Burgess Merdeith), along with a litany of gadgets and gear, and an array of deposed adversaries splayed across the frame, with title in big, bold lettering to center, offering a vivid depiction of the playful, inventive spirit of the franchise. This striking three sheet has been professionally restored and linen-backed, with colors, text, and characters presenting vibrantly, with some remnants of crease-wear visible from prior folding and 1- visible bump to upper right corner.
