All Through the Night (Warner Bros., 1942), Group of Lobby Cards. Vintage original group of (3) 11"x 14" lobby cards from the 1942 Warner Brothers comedy spy thriller All Through the Night starring Humphrey Bogart, Peter Lorre, and Jackie Gleason. The film follows Alfred 'Gloves' Donahue (Bogart) as a big-shot Broadway gambler out to thwart a gang of Nazi spies. Jackie Gleason plays the bit part of Starchy, and owes his presence in the film to Jack Warner, who phoned director Vincent Sherman to demand Gleason be cast in the film because he didn't want to keep paying the actor to "sit around and do nothing". Lobby cards from this picture rarely appear and this group portrays key scenes of the film in vibrant color. Exhibiting age and wear including pinholes, signs of water damage to perimeters, toning, and bumped corners. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
