Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.

One of MGM's lavish Technicolor musicals of the early 1940s, Ziegfeld Girl dramatized the rise and fall of three showgirls against the backdrop of the legendary Ziegfeld Follies. The film showcased the studio's star power at its height: Turner as the tragic beauty undone by success, Lamarr as the glamorous socialite, Garland bringing her unique warmth and song, and Stewart lending dramatic gravity as Turner's love interest. Directed by Robert Z. Leonard and Busby Berkeley, the picture remains emblematic of MGM's golden-era polish and spectacle. Bull, MGM's chief portrait photographer for more than three decades, was responsible for many of the studio's most enduring star images, including Greta Garbo, Clark Gable, and Jean Harlow. His stills for Ziegfeld Girl highlighted the extraordinary star quartet at the heart of the production, preserving the film's cultural legacy as both a showcase of MGM's glittering roster and a defining musical drama of its era.
