    Description

Marian Marsh Portraits. George P. Hommel took these two charming sepia-toned portraits of Marian Marsh very early in her Hollywood career, likely in 1929, when she was billing herself as "Marilyn Morgan" and playing small parts in such films as Hell's Angels. Her star-making role of Trilby in John Barrymore's Svengali was waiting in the wings. Both pictures have Hommel's stamp on the revere and are in Excellent condition.
