Vintage gelatin silver semi-gloss double-weight 8.5" x 11.25 country of origin key book lobby photographs of Peter Lorre, Fritz Odemar, and cast in M (dir. Fritz Lang), with NERO-FILM imprint and print numbers 46 and 62 on the negative, and Film-Foto-Archiv SERKIS wet stamp and album residue on the verso. M occupies a pivotal place in film history as a bridging work between silent and sound cinema, as a pioneering serial crime thriller, and as a moral allegory of modern urban anxiety. Peter Lorre's portrayal of the tormented Hans Beckert established his international reputation and became a lasting benchmark for the psychologic depth of his performance.
