    Description

    An Edwina Booth Large Collection of Black and White Publicity Photographs by Clarence Sinclair Bull, 1930s. Thirty-three total, all original prints with a glossy finish, all depicting the delicate beauty in height-of-fashion frocks, some with Bull's blindstamp in the lower right corner, 32 with the versos stamped "Kindly Credit-Photo By / Clarence Sinclair Bull / Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer;" almost all with typed snipes glued to the verso outlining information about Booth's clothing; a rising young star during the advent of sound, Booth's career was sadly cut short when she contracted a debilitating case of malaria during the filming of the 1931 MGM film, "Trader Horn" in Africa. (Please note there are some duplicate images within the group.)
