A Large Collection of Silent-Era Black and White Headshots, Circa 1925. Housed in an oversized binder, embossed on cover "Prize Album of / Motion Picture Stars / Greater Movie Season / 1925," inside are countless black and white or sepia headshots of stars with their facsimile autographs printed on the lower margins, all photographs are glued to the interior pages, images include those of (in alphabetical order): John Barrymore, Warner Baxter, Madge Bellamy, Monte Blue, Eleanor Boardman, Betty Bronson, Clive Brook, Mae Busch, Harry Carey, Lon Chaney, Syd Chaplin, Lew Cody, Jackie Coogan, Dolores Costello, Bebe Daniels, Marion Davies, Cecil B. DeMille, Reginald Denny, Dorothy Devore, Richard Dix, Louise Fazenda, Hoot Gibson, John Gilbert, Lillian Gish, Buck Jones, Leatrice Joy, Buster Keaton, Laura LaPlante, Rod LaRoque, Thomas Meighan, Adolph Menjou, Tom Mix, Colleen Moore, Mae Murray, Pola Negri, Greta Nissen, Ramon Novarro, George O'Brien, Mary Philbin, Zasu Pitts, Marie Prevost, Aileen Pringle, Esther Ralston, Rin-Tin-Tin, Norma Shearer, Gloria Swanson, Constance Talmadge, Norma Talmadge, Rudolph Valentino, and Claire Windsor, among a few others; also included are a few other headshots that are not glued to pages as well as a couple of black and white photographs of Loew's Theatre employees from Buffalo, NY at Christmas parties in the 1920s -- this binder likely having been compiled by or for the Loew's offices there.Binder: 15" x 21" x 2"; Headshots: 10" x 8"
