    All from the actor's own files, approximately 165, mostly original prints with a matte or glossy finish (though a few reprints are also included), depicting the actor either alone in headshots or with co-stars such as Humphrey Bogart, Cary Grant, Rita Hayworth, and Gene Tierney among many others from his various and impressive films including (in alphabetical order): "The Caine Mutiny" (Columbia, 1954), "Crisis" (MGM, 1950), "Dune" (Universal, 1984), "Enter Laughing" (Columbia, 1967), "I Accuse!" (MGM, 1958), "Joan of Arc" (RKO, 1948), "Miss Sadie Thompson" (Columbia, 1953), "Moulin Rouge" (United Artists, 1952), and "Whirlpool" (20th Century Fox, 1949), many have credit stamps or typed snipes affixed to the back dating the photographs.
