Accomplished on 14 x 18.5 in. artist board with added details painted on 13.5 x 11 in. acetate overlay. Drawn by Bill Boes. Removable black mat tacked to the art to frame out paint tests in border. Depicting "Oogie Boogie" swinging from the claw of his crane. Signed by artist "B. Boes 93'" in lower right corner. In fine condition.
