Willis O'Brien "Preposterous Inventions" TV Concept Treatment and Artwork (1950s). Original 10-page printed and hand illustrated treatment for an episode of television series, intended to exploit O'Brien's concept for Porta-Rama, designed to provide a first-person experience from the POV of the subject. Porta-Rama was pitched as a modern innovation like Cinerama.The treatment features one page of typed description followed by nine pages of 18 hand drawn and painted storyboard panels tipped to pages and illustrating outlandish inventions. With hand painted construction paper cover and 3-staples binding the pages at the spine. Exhibiting expected age and handling. COA from Heritage Auctions.
