The Nightmare Before Christmas (Touchstone/Walt Disney, 1993), Oogie Boogie Concept Art. Original concept art in green, purple, blue, and yellow pastel on blackboard measures 9.25" x 10", floated in a frame of 17.5" x 18.25" under Plexiglas, containing a 10" x 10.5" matboard aperture depicting the villainous Oogie Boogie (Ken Page) surrounded by ghoulish skulls. Reverse on the frame has handwritten "628" in graphite. The finalized design of Oogie would take on a more haphazardly-stitched burlap appearance in the film, glowing green only under the blacklights of his underground gambling lair. Displays general production age in wear with minor scuffing the edges of the frame. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
