Nolan Miller Watercolor Sketch of a Maroon Negligee and Gown for Joan Collins in Dynasty. Ca. 1984; Watercolor, gouache, marker and pencil on illustration board.Nolan Miller watercolor sketch of Joan Collins wearing the negilee and gown that she wears in Season 5, Episode 97, which aired originally November 1984. In the scene she waits impatiently for her daughter Amanda's return. The bottom right corner is signed in black "Nolan Miller," and labeled "Joan Collins Dynasty."
In Fine condition, there is minor age toning along the outer edge and corner bumps. There are also three white gouache drops, but otherwise outstanding with characteristically tight detailing and facial features clearly of Joan Collins. The back is inscribed "For... Joan Collins in 'Dynasty' Designed by Nolan Miller" and at the bottom in pencil "irredescent burgundy chiffon negligee - worn twice." From the Nolan Miller Collection.
