Lucille Ball "Lucy Ricardo" costume sketch by Elois Jenssen for I Love Lucy (Desilu, 1951-1957). Lucille Ball vintage original costume design sketch accomplished in ink, pencil, and watercolor on artist's vellum by the legendary costume designer, Elois Jenssen, credited with creating Lucy's signature look. Signed in ink at the lower right by Elois Jenssen, and approved by Lucille Ball with her pencil signature, "OK LB" at lower left. Mounted on a 15 5/8 in. x 20 7/8 in. foam board with 10 1/8 in. x 14 3/8 in. visible through olive green satin mat with metallic gold border. Exhibits some toning, short creased tear at the left edge, waviness along the edges, but remains in Very Good condition..
