Description
Annie Oakley Costume Sketch by Walter Plunkett. A vintage 15" x 21" costume sketch for the 1935 western starring Barbara Stanwyck and Preston Forster, by Plunkett in watercolor on illustration board and signed boldly by him. The role was an early career-defining one for Stanwyck, and the movie featured costume designs from Plunkett's peak era of creativity. The limited edition sketch was produced by Plunkett in the early to mid-1970s and is in Excellent condition.Auction Info
