    A Mae West Set of Advertising Banners, 1950s. The first purple satin, text in various colors/fabrics reads "Coming / In Person / Mae / West / All New Show," fringe on bottom hem; the second white canvas, text in red and black paint reads "Mae West / In Person / To-Night / Town Hall Theatre;" both housed in a white satin zip case; both used to announce West's various stage shows throughout the 1950s; included with a signed 'Letter of Provenance' from John West, Mae's nephew. (Please note satin banner is quite wrinkled due to age and the canvas one has been folded numerous times.)
