Nicholas Hammond "Spider-Man" web-shooter from The Amazing Spider-Man. (CBS, 1977-1979) Vintage original web-shooter wrist prop. Constructed of tooled aluminum, brass and rubber. In the superhero series, "Spider-Man" (Hammond) uses this fantasy-tech bracelet to produce his primary mode of transportation, the web he dispenses to swing through the corridors of the city. This web-shooter prop is composed of 5-aluminum panels, each with a web-dispensing spigot, affixed to a black rubber wrist strap with velcro closure. The central panel features a 2.5 in. elongated brass tubing spigot and a 3.25 in. aluminum palm trigger. Exhibiting age, production wear and some minor edge tearing to the wrist strap. In vintage very good to fine condition. Accompanied by a LOA from a former Marvel employee who won the piece in an office raffle. Exhibited: Heard Museum, Phoenix, AZ.
