In 1985 Vince McMahon's vision of a sports-entertainment event of the century, which would revolutionize wrestling, became reality at the first WrestleMania in New York's Madison Square Garden. The festive event featured both celebrities from the film and sports worlds, including Liberace, New York Yankees' manager Billy Martin and rocker Cyndi Lauper. That night legendary hall of famer the late Andre the Giant took $15,000 and Bif John Studd's pride by bodyslamming his face to the mat. In the main event, television and movie star Mr. Ttagged with Hulk Hogan to battle Rowdy Roddy piper and "Mr. Wonderful" Paul Orndorff!This 1985 Beta release of WWF WrestleMania with silver sticker seal has received an overall grade of 85+ NM+ by VGA.
