    Whitney Houston's Personal Script for Waiting to Exhale, 1995. Ms. Houston's personal script from her 1995 film Waiting to Exhale, bound in a purple leather-like material with gold trim. Whitney's character's name, Savannah Jackson, is inscribed in blue ink on the integral blank, likely in her own hand. "Whitney Houston" is written in an unknown hand in blue ink on the cover page. Measures approximately 9.75" x 11.5" x 1.5". In Fine condition, with two scuffs and a dent in the spine. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the Estate of Whitney E. Houston.

    With a fantastic cast led by Whitney and a total worldwide gross of 81.45 million dollars, Waiting to Exhale was a cultural phenomenon in the mid-1990s. At the 27th NAACP Image Awards, Whitney was nominated in the category of Outstanding Lead Actress in a Motion Picture, while she walked away with four awards for the soundtrack of the film!
