The Beverly Hills CENSORED Club Plaque and Certificate. This plaque and poster are associated with the famous show business club's charity activities. The plaque, measuring 8.5" x 11", commemorates the club's Fifth Annual Charity Baseball Game, held on August 20, 1956, that raised money for the Leukemia Research Foundation of California, Inc. The framed poster, measuring 11" x 20," specifically refers to the 1965 Christmas season, in which this club distributed "more than 18,000 toys and other gifts to underprivileged children throughout Los Angeles County." The plaque has some scratches on the wood and brass plate, as well as some surface damage on the back where it had been affixed to a wall; otherwise, it is in overall Very Good condition. From the Beverly Hills CENSORED Club Celebrity Roast Archives.
