Description

Stand By Me VHS 1988 - VGA 80+ NM, Vertical Overlap / White Col-Tristar Watermark, White Sticker Seal, Columbia Tristar Home Video. In Rob Reiner's 1986 film Stand by Me (1986) a writer recounts a childhood journey with his friends to find the body of a missing boy after the death of one of his friends. Stand by Me plays like Goonies made for adults, a kids-on-a-mission kind of film. The story comes from the Stephen King book of novellas titled Different Seasons. Over the years all but one of the four novellas has been adapted for the screen. Stand by Me was first in 1986, followed by Frank Darabont's Shawshank Redemption in 1994 and Bryan Singer's Apt Pupil in 1998.

This 1988 VHS copy of Stand by Me has white Columbia Tristar Home Video watermarks on the spine and has received an overall grade of 80+ NM by VGA, with a Box subgrade of 85 and a Seal subgrade of 80.
