Playboy Magazine Proof Signed by Hugh Hefner (Playboy, 1998). Unique galley proof of the special holiday and 45th Anniversary issue of Playboy from January 1999. Hef has boldly signed the butcher paper just above the front cover proof. The issue featured a foldout front cover commemorating 45 years of Playboy covers. Jaime Bergman was Playmate and Michael Crichton the Interview of the Month in this historic issue, which also featured pictorials "The Year in Sex", "Sex Stars fo the Century", and "Playboy's Playmate Review of 1998". Written contributions came from Tom Clancy, Steve Martin, Kurt Vonnegut, Bill Maher, and William Greider. From the Archives of Playboy Entertainment.
