Mark Hellinger Moontide Screenplay and Annotated Radio Script Archive. Hellinger produced the film version of Moontide in 1942 starring Jean Gabin and Ida Lupino. In 1945 Hellinger produced a radio play version of Moontide on the Lux Radio Theater starring Humphrey Bogart and Virginia Bruce. This fascinating lot includes a final revised copy of the shooting script, still photographs, and set schedule of Moontide, dated November 12, 1941, bound in half pebble morocco red leather and with Mark Hellinger's name stamped in gold letters on the cover and Moontide in gold on the spine; a framed 8" x 10" b&w photograph of Jean Gabin, Fritz Lang, Ida Lupino, and Mark Hellinger; a smaller photo of Gabin, Lang, and Hellinger; a heavily annotated copy of the radio script of Moontide bound in half pebble morocco red leather and with Mark Hellinger's name stamped in gold letters on the cover and Lux Radio Theater and Moontide in gold on the spine, dated April 30, 1945; a near mint recording of the radio show.
