Jilly Rizzo Personal Copies of Two-Volume 1987 Sinatra Italian Tour Newspaper Archive. In May and June 1987, Sinatra right-hand man Jilly Rizzo enjoyed a month-long tour of Italy with Frank, who thrilled enormous crowds in Palermo, Verona, Rome, Milan, Genoa, Santa Margherita, and Bari, where Signor Rizzo enjoyed visiting the home of his ancestors. The Italian press flooded every major newspaper with details about Ol' Blue Eyes, who had all the articles compiled into two large volumes to present to his crew. This unique two-volume spiral-bound set, Sinatra Italian Tour, was presented to Jilly Rizzo by Frank Sinatra. Contents include every major newspaper article (in Italian) published in Italy during the tour. These rare volumes are from Frank Sinatra's most extensive tour of the home of his ancestors, and was in the possession of Jilly Rizzo from 1987 until his death in 1992, when they became part of his estate archive. In Fine condition. From the Jilly Rizzo Estate Archive. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from William Rizzo.
