Mr. Peck appeared in three films in 1954, including Man with a Million, Night People, and The Purple Plain. This vintage original award trophy is made of gold-colored metal globe with "Henrietta" figure standing at the top on a marble base with felt bottom. The award measures 12.75" x 3" x 3". It was bestowed by members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association in recognition of excellence in film. The engraved brass plaque reads, "Gregory Peck, World Film Favorite of 1954 Foreign Press Association of Hollywood."
