All presented to John Wayne; the first from the Orange Empire Area Council BSA for "Citizen of the Year" in 1969; the second from Dr. Alton Ochsner of INCA for "Liberty" in 1971; the third from Wayne Daniels for "Congratulations," the fourth from The Boys' Clubs of Orange County for "Appreciation;" and the fifth from Little Wayne Harvey for "The Green Berets" in 1967.
