    Charles Laughton Life Mask, Natural Finish. Charles Laughton of 1932/1933, as captured by Wally Westmore (then-makeup chief at Paramount) and brother Bud (his apprentice). Mask measures 8" wide and 13" tall. Some discoloring on neck and chin -- Fair to Good condition. A great study of Laughton from the era when he won the Academy Award for The Private Life of Henry VIII (1933). From the Bud Westmore Collection. Accompanied by an LOA from Jeannie Westmore. Requires third party shipping.
