Bruce Lee Handwritten Training Equipment List on "Personalized Jeet Kun Do" Letterhead and Blue Punching/Kicking Bag. Vintage original training equipment list and blue punching/kicking bag used by the legendary martial artist, Bruce Lee. Equipment list is handwritten by Lee in pencil on "Jeet Kune Do" personalized letterhead stationery. Measuring 8.5" x 11", the letterhead features a printed gold and red yin and yang symbol surrounded by black Chinese characters indicating "Using no way as way" and "Having no limitation as limitation". These phrases represented Lee's personal hybrid philosophy on martial arts. Displays general age and wear with adhesive residue on the reverse side of the paper from previous display. Blue punching/kicking bag measures approx. 20.5" x 8" and 26" in circumference and is made of stitched vinyl with corded fastenings running through 6-metal rivets across the top. Hangs from 2-nylon stitched straps fastened to a D-ring and carabiner. Was used to practice hook kicks. Displays general wear and age due to display and use. These pieces were obtained from at the Superior Galleries "The Bruce Lee Collection" authorized by Lee's widow, Linda Lee, August 7, 1993, Lot #123. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
