An Orson Welles-Owned David Hockney Limited Edition Sweater, Circa 1971. Made of acrylic, crew neck, navy blue with multi-colored striped sleeves, patch on front displays an outdoor scene with a street sign reading "Pico Blvd. 1711," inside labels read "51 / David Hockney / An Original by / the Ritva Man / The Ritva Man / 100% Acrylic / Made in England / 36 / Dry Clean;" mounted in a Lucite display frame; purchased by the actor at the DM Gallery in London in 1971; included with a letter from Beatrice Welles indicating she consigned this lot directly to Heritage Auctions.
