Leather-bound by California Bookbinding, with the film's title and "Steve McQueen" gold-stamped on the cover, and "1963" gold-stamped on the spine; screenplay by Arnold Schulman, dated March 15, 1963; 110 pages, several pages with handwritten annotations, likely in McQueen's own hand; originally from the personal collection of Steve McQueen, never before offered for auction; in this romantic comedy-drama directed by Robert Mulligan, Hollywood icon Steve McQueen stars alongside Natalie Wood as musician Rocky Papasano; critically acclaimed, the film was nominated for five Academy Awards and two Golden Globes.
