A Marilyn Monroe-Related Rare Vintage In-Store Display, 1954. A cardboard table tent (with stand on back) featuring a MM-like character next to text reading in part "Monroe / Scent / Try it today!," with the twelve original 'scent cards' still affixed (and still in their original cellophane) with the names "Lilac," "Jasmin," "Rose" and the oddly-titled "Basin St.," text printed on the lower right corner of the display reads "Copyright 1954 By / Monroe Mfg Co, New Castle, PA." -- product evidently created to cash-in on Monroe's huge popularity at the time. (Please note this piece is now yellowed and somewhat brittle due to age.)13" x 12"
