    A John Wayne Shirt from "The Comancheros," "McLintock!," and "El Dorado." 20th Century Fox, 1961; United Artists, 1963; Paramount, 1966. Made of cotton with a navy blue and white gingham pattern, long sleeves, one breast pocket, tuck-in tab on placket, Western Costume Co. label reads "No. 2354-3 / John Wayne #1 / Chest 46," further W.C.C. stamp on inside shirt tail; first worn as Wayne portrayed "Ranger Captain Jake Cutter," then worn as "George Washington McLintock" in the chess scene with Chill Wills [as "Drago"] and Patrick Wayne [as "Devlin Warren"] and then worn as "Cole Thornton" when he says goodbye to Charlene Holt [as "Maudie"] after his gun shot wound is healed. (Please note there are sweat stains around the inside collar and armpits.)
