Including (in chronological order): 1) a letter typed on "Hatari!" letterhead, sent to JW in Hollywood, CA, dated "Nov. 13, 1961," regarding television commercials, signed in blue ballpoint ink in the lower right corner "Howard;" 2) a letter typed on personalized stationery, sent to JW in Los Angeles, CA, dated "July 22, 1968," reading in part "Am enclosing a script for you.../ Mitchum would work well with you... / Hope you like it as well as I do," signed in same manner; 3) a Batjac Productions, Inc. inter-office memo to Wayne from Joe Behm about a location issue; 4) a file copy of a letter from Wayne to Hawks, dated "November 5, 1969" about same location issue; 5) a letter typed on CBS Films letterhead, dated "November 14, 1969," sent to JW in Durango, Mexico, about the same location issue, signed in blue ballpoint ink in the lower right corner "Howard;" 6) a file copy of a letter Wayne sent to Hawks, dated "November 18, 1969," still about the location issue; 6) a note handwritten in black ballpoint ink, given to JW in Mexico, dated "8-11-70," reading in part "...we can have / dinner here / the food / is good and the tequila / is better," signed in same manner; 7) a letter handwritten by Hawkes in red ballpoint ink on three pages of Campo Mexico Courts letterhead, not dated, given to JW in Mexico, still regarding the location issue, signed in same manner.
