    A Glenn Ford Suitcase/Garment Bag by Louis Vuitton, Circa 1970s. Made with the classic brown "LV" coated canvas, tan-colored leather trim, numerous buckles, hooks, and other hardware throughout, piece opens to turn into a hanging garment bag, top portion has red tape on it as well as a sticker from The Grand Hotel in China, an additional clear brown plastic tag on handle reads "G. Ford / 911 Oxford Way / Beverly Hills, Calif.;" suitcase keys also affixed to handle; used by the actor on numerous trips around the world. (Please note bag is now in worn and used condition.)
    Size When Closed - 18" x 24" x 12"; When Opened - 40" x 22" x 8"

    This bag was part of a lot that originally sold in the Heritage Auctions auction titled "Music & Entertainment Memorabilia," Sale 696, October 4-6, 2008, Lot 49429, final price realized was $956; Peter Ford [the actor's son] was the original consignor.
