DescriptionA Frank Sinatra Travel Case and Whistle/Shoe Horn, Circa 1960s. Case is brown leather, rounded top, two handles, opens to reveal tan leather interior, label reads "Aries / Mexico;" used by the singer to transport his toupee and its accoutrements when performing on stage; included with a wooden whistle that is also part shoe horn, silver-tone plaque affixed to it reads "If you need me, whistle" -- possibly a gift from Lauren Bacall (who had a longterm relationship with the singer) as a play on her famous line of "You know how to whistle, don't you?" from the 1944 Warner Bros. film "To Have and Have Not."
