Made of Lucite, depicting a gold-colored bust of the singer, plaque on front reads "Frank Sinatra / 40th Year in Show Business / Caesars Palace / December 12, 1979," box plays Sinatra's anthem 'My Way;' given to the special few who saw this now-historic show.8" x 4" x 4"
Gifted directly by Sinatra to his executive assistant of 30+ years, Dorothy Uhlemann, whose family has consigned it to this auction.
