Made of Lucite, depicting a gold-colored bust of the singer, plaque on front reads "Frank Sinatra / 40th Year in Show Business / Caesars Palace / December 12, 1979," box plays Sinatra's anthem 'My Way;' given to the special few who saw this now-historic show. (Please note there is slight paint loss on the forehead area and right lapel area.)8" x 4" x 4"
