Calif.," matching 'script holder' pocket attached to side reads "F.F.-M.," same maker's stamp as seat, further leather detailing on arm and foot rests as well as sides; included with a 'Letter of Provenance' signed by Gregory S. Walls, Farrah Fawcett's nephew and consignor of The Personal Property of Farrah Fawcett. (Please note a small piece of wood is missing from the right side frame.)
