    A Bette Davis Large Sterling Silver Vase Related to "The Old Maid." Engraved on the inner lip "Bette" and "From / The Old Maid's Crew / April 5-1939" -- a gift to the star on her 31st birthday from her colleagues on the Warner Bros. film that co-starred Miriam Hopkins and George Brent; bottom stamped in part "Sterling / Cement Filled;" included with a signed 'letter of provenance' from Kathryn Sermak, Davis' longtime personal assistant. (Please note the base has been dented making the whole piece lean to the right and there is pitting throughout due to age.)
