    Laurence Olivier "Crassus" long robe designed by Valles made for Spartacus. (Universal, 1960) Beige gabardine wool long robe accented with two vertical strips of varying shades of gold lame in a diamond pattern on front and back. Handwritten label, "Sir Laurence Olivier". Exhibits a few very small holes and a faint green stain along lame on front and back. Created by Valles for Laurence Olivier as "Crassus" but not in the final version of the film.
