    Description

Large scale "skeleton reindeer" puppet from The Nightmare Before Christmas. (Buena Vista, 1993) When "Jack Skellington" discovers "Christmas Town" his eyes are opened to all the traditions and delights of the holiday. "Jack" trades places with "Santa" to deliver creepy toys to boys and girls on Christmas Eve. Naturally, "Jack's" sleigh is drawn by a herd of skeleton reindeer. This is one of those reindeer puppets seen in the sleigh sequences. Consisting of an 11 x 11 x 4 in. stop motion animation puppet of a skeleton reindeer constructed of resin bone segments strung together on a static metal armature. The dramatic figure is expertly painted in ivory and tarnished to give the appearance of age. The puppet is permanently posed and attached to a 14 x 7.5 in. black plexiglass base with a 14 x 14.5 x 7 in. cover with a photo of "Jack" and sleigh with the team of flying reindeer racing across the night sky. In overall very good condition. Special shipping arrangements will apply.
