DescriptionJeremy Renner "Hawkeye" Machined Metal "Iridium" Vessel from The Avengers (Warner Bros., 1998). Beautifully crafted iridium vessel constructed of clear acrylic cylinder with tooled aluminum caps and visible interior posts and vented wheels. Highly visible when Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Hawkeye (Renner) steal iridium which stabilized the Tesseract enabling it to open a wormhole allowing the Chitauri invasion to begin. This cannister is pulled from a drawer and contains an orb of iridium (not included). Later, the cannister is highly visible when it's disassembled by Selvig (Stellan Skargård).
The prop measures 28.25" long x 4.5" round. Also includes a 4.5" x 2.5" cast resin, tooled aluminum-capped iridium core sample prop and a pair of 17.5 in. long metal forceps seen used by Selvig in the iridium handling scene. Exhibiting some production wear and handling. In production used Fine condition. COA from Heritage Auctions.
