    A Frank Sinatra Microphone Possibly from "The Manchurian Candidate." United Artists, 1962. Made of gold-colored metal, black base, placard reads "D22 / American / Microphone Co. / Pasadena 1, Calif. / Made in U.S.A.," housed in its own case; appearing to be one of the two used by Sinatra as he portrayed "Major Bennett Marco" in the press conference scene where he puts his hands over two microphones to tell the "Secretary of Defense" [Barry Kelley] to not "talk that way to a United States Senator even if he is an idiot;" included with a 'Certificate of Authenticity' noting that Frank Bresee [the well-known radio historian] obtained this microphone "used in the motion picture The Manchurian Candidate" from "the MGM Sound Dept. in or around 1964."
