Harrison Ford "Deckard" stunt blaster from Blade Runner 2049. (Columbia, 2017) Original signature "Deckard" (Harrison Ford) prop weapon created by casting a mold of Harrison Ford's firing "hero" blaster and fashioning this hard rubber version for use in stunt sequences in Blade Runner: 2049. Measuring approx. 10.5 inches long, the pistol features the same double-trigger design of the hero as well as the fusion of a Charter Arms .44 Special Bulldog pistol with a receiver for a Steyr Mannlicher .222 Model SL rifle. The iconic handgun has been expertly studio finished with silver painted barrel and components, amber grips. The body remains black. The gun branding and other technical information has been transferred from mold to cast barrel legibly and reads, on the right side, "Made in Austria 5223 [Chinese characters] 68" and on the left, Steyr-Daimler-Puch A.G. Steyr Mannl I Cher Mod SL". Exhibits studio distress, production wear and soiling. A fantastic, signature prop weapon from a new classic take on an old science fiction classic. In good to fine production used condition.
