    Dragon Ship maquette from "Voyage of the Dawn Treader. (2010) The stunning "Dragon" ship reference model of the "Dawn Treader" featured in the third installment of the Chronicles of Narnia film series. This detailed maquette was used by Walden Media to shop the film around to various studios. Upon sale to the studio, this model was digitally scanned and the digital image was used in the computer-generated scenes in the film. The digital scan was then used to create the plans for the full-scale ship built on a dock in New Zealand that was used for all live scenes filmed on the deck of the Dawn Treader. Includes elaborately detailed cast resin ship, wooden barrels, crates, dual wheel, masts with intricate fine string rigging, large sail, flags and fine wire bannisters, all expertly assembled and painted, minimal production damage to the dragon's tail of ship, sail measures approximately 22 x 24 in., ship measures approximately 12 x 48 x 42 in., a beautiful reference model used for the third adaptation of the book series.
