    Triangle Motion Picture Company Documents Signed by Company Principals. An archive of more than 20 documents from 1917 to 1920 involving Triangle Motion Picture Company and its holdings, many signed by Triangle's principal, and Birth of a Nation producer Harry Aitken. Includes copyright assignments for the 1915 Charley Chase film His Fathers Footsteps, and the Edward Cline/Slim Summerville film His Bread and Butter, 1916, both written by Mack Sennett, as well as payment receipts for story treatments for Flying Colors, 1917 (starring William Desmond), and Meeting of the Ways, 1912 (starring Frank Costello and young daughter Dolores). Also includes mortgage documents signed by Harry Aitken, stock documents, multiple returned checks to director T.N. Heffron, and multiple unsigned 1917 income reports for Mack Sennett, Thomas Ince, and Harry Aitken, among others. In overall Very Good condition with center creasing to larger documents, moderate age-toning, minor nicks to borders, and rusting from original clips. From the Thomas H. Ince Archives.
