The Buccaneer (Paramount, 1958), Bound Presentation Script. Vintage original leather bound presentation script containing 190 pages and measuring 8.75" x 11.25". The red leather, gilt decorated tome features the entire completed shooting script for The Buccaneer dated January 9, 1958. It highlights pivotal moments from each scene accented with a corresponding 35mm film frame. The book features the "script as shot", meaning that it reflects the finished film and is different from any previously available draft. DeMille had several presentation scripts made after the film was completed for select members of his crew and other studio dignitaries. Fans of the film will appreciate this unique keepsake created by DeMille's production company. Exhibits age, page toning, and leather creasing and wear. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
