Description
Robert Mitchum-Received Frank Sinatra 'Anniversary Tribute' Invitation (1979). Black and gold-colored paper invitation affixed to a Lucite backing, embossed text reads in part "Caesars Palace / Cordially Invites You To A / Loving Tribute to / Frank Sinatra / On the Occasion of His / Fortieth Year / In / Show Business / December 12, 1979," a 3D gilt-painted plastic figurine of the singer adorns the left side; from the now-historic event that only VIPs were invited to, including Mitchum who was a good buddy to Ol' Blue Eyes for many decades; consigned directly by Mitchum's children and included with a 'Letter of Provenance' signed by them. (Please note there is slight smudging and finger prints on the right side margin.)9 1/4" x 6 3/4"
