Description

Risky Business (Warner Bros., 1983), Joe Pantoliano's Personally-Owned Script. Original 119-pg. (as paginated) third draft screenplay by writer-director Paul Brickman, personally owned by character actor Joe Pantoliano, who memorably starred as Guido "the killer pimp" in the Tom Cruise coming-of-age story and star vehicle, Risky Business. Though appearing in only several scenes, Pantoliano made a lasting impact as the streetwise pimp who memorably warns Joel (Cruise) not to "F*ck" with another man's business. The film was one of the highest-grossing movies of 1983 and cemented Cruise as a box office star for the first time. Pantoliano has dog-eared the pages in which his character appears, in addition to underlining his dialogue and writing character motivations throughout. Exhibits wear and age, with curled pages, creasing, yellowing, and fading. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
